Christmas is over and now its time to welcome the new year 2007, time is passing by more quickly than usual. On christmas eve me and my family went to St Simon church, likas to attend mass. The mass was scheduled to start at 8pm. On special occasion like this, the church would be really packed. So we decided to go two hours earlier. When we arrived at around 6.15pm, oh my gosh the church was already packed!!! The church is not as big as the main cathedral and its air -conditioned.
All the sits in the church were filled up and the church warden had started arranging chairs outside the church, we have no choice but to sit outside..hahaha..we were always on time to get a sit inside the church but somehow maybe that day God wanted us to experience sitting outside the church ( see whether we can concentrate or not LOL) , I bet some people reached the church by 4pm or 5pm just to get a good sit. =
Anyway, this always happens only on special occasion like christmas and easter.

On christmas day, we had a great dinner. Ahhhh the buffet in Hyatt was superb..especially the cold dish and most of all DESERTS!!!! I m thrilled by the chocolate fountain!..u can dip marshmellows, dried apricots, fresh fruits into it..hm i think in short its called "chocolate fondue" ahhh..yummy! all u can eat chocolate fondue, oh they served a variety of cakes and biscuits too..the best one was the pumpkin pie, caramel pudding, apple strudle, christmas pudding and many many more..ahhhh i wish i could hav more but my stomach capacity is overloaded. Its a great torture when u r too full! The sin of gluttony!!! >_< its worth eating buffet once in a while, not all the time tho.

Did my last bit of shopping the pass two days, fuhhh...was shopping like mad. I have made two large holes, one in my dad's pocket another in mom's purse.............................T_T i had enough, more than enough..two more main items and i m done.

So i guess the internet connection must be affected by the earthquake in Taiwan, great just great...it might not be fix for months..knowing how M'sia /Sabah does things. The connection is much slower and i just cant sign-in to MSN. Oh come on, this shouldn’t be happening, not this time.

Hopefully the Visa will be ready by next week, *crosses fingers* it has been passing through my mind each day.

In few days time, we will soon be welcoming year 2007! A new year, a new beginning, new resolution and a new chapter to be discovered in our life. Most of all, we hope for a better year.Right now the pass should be left behind as bitter sweet memories and lets get on with life, with a new beginning.

Today my worries, tension and anxiety level has reach over its limits. I have been anticipating for the arrival of my visa last week, but till today there was no sound of it. Something is not right. Its already the 22nd of Dec. The last time i did my medical check up was on the 1st of dec.
So i decided to take action. I made more than 10phone calls today, first thing i did was to call my agent , enquire whether the visa is ready or not. I had called her on monday, she said the visa is not here yet and she will give me call if its ready, hoping i could get it by this week.
( i felt relief at that time knowing that i "might" get it by this week)

As the days pass , i was starting to have doubts..its impossible, i should have gotten it earlier or i should b receiving a phone call by now.
My agent herself was surprise too that my visa hasnt arrive yet, the answer i get from her is "other students who applied later than you have received their visa" (now that makes matter even worse) "try call Dr Kheng clinic and asked the nurse whether they have submit the medical checkup report and when did they submit it" . Now i start to wonder whether Dr Kheng has submit my medical report or not.So next thing i did was to call the clinic. The nurse told me they hav sent the documents on the 5th of Dec by courier service, i asked for the reference number plus the telephone number of the courier service company to make sure that they have sent it to the Australian high com in KL.They have sent it on the 6th and it reached KL on the same day.

OK, so one doubt has been cleared. Dr Kheng did his job. Now its the Australian High Com. To ensure that they have received the parcel, i called the courier service company again. Normally the recepient will sign a resit to acknowledge that they hav received the parcel well as a proof too. (the sender and the recepient will have a copy of it) ok, so my second doubt is cleared. What is left now in my mind is.....What the hell is going on with the Aus High Com in KL!!!!
My agent told me she will contact the Aus High com and find out. I was expecting her to call me back with an answer, but after a long wait, i decided to call her back. Apparently, she had send an email to the Aus High Com and she told me that they dont entertain telephone calls! What more they are on holiday now, 3 weeks holiday..and will reopen on the 3rd of Jan!!
For one second i was stunned. 3rd of January?!!! (now this is just too bad)

Sigh, my dad has to pay up my air ticket by the 5th of Jan...if i dont get my visa by that time..within that 2days..i m not sure what is going to happen next.
Now i felt like the whole world just tumble down..
Worries,worries, worries.....
i cant do anything but to wait for another week till the Aus High Com in KL opens again. i wonder what is going on in there, either my document is left out or not being entertaint or being categorize as "we will entertain ur document after-christmas,new year break" T_T
I was advice by my agent only to issue my air ticket once i got my visa...and she told me too that there were similar cases, where students were about to go and they still havent gotten their visas. or Dr Kheng didnt send the medical report out..how careless and how unreliable. Hopefully i will get mine right after the Aus high com reopens. *crosses fingers* and hopefully nth is wrong with my visa.
I m particularly one of the unlucky ones.

Just never thought situation could turn upside down, first i hav to redo my urine test which caused a 1 week delay. NOw, i have to wait for another week.
Hmm no point worrying now when u cant do anything but to wait, and dont screw my christmas mood up..it was crushed for few hours today..good thing i plastered it back.Fuhhhhh.....
I thought my agent would hav helped to find out why the visa hasnt arrive yet, the lesson i learn was not to rely n put too much trust. Once ur business is ur business. sort it out urself. Damn.

Lately, there are lots of construction work going around my housing area. Opposite, left ,right and behind...wuhuu full blast of construction work..its like four loud speakers surouding my house. Hahaha not only my sista (mia) is facing this, i am too!
U can hear the drilling sound,banging,....ah treat it like a horrible musical band.
Not only the construction work is distracting me, sometimes in the morning i will be awaken by my neighbour's dog, crying for the owner maybe? LOL irritating...and my other neighbour who has kids running around the house. So finally the surouding of my hse became lively with unpleasant noise. T_T

Ok, i shall stop here. One more day and its home sweet home to my bro!
Wishing all my friends a very happy christmas and best wishes for a bright new year!!

Hey there!

I have been really busy this few days, preparing all the necessary things i need to bring over. So far out of 32 things in my list, 3 are complited (less than a quater) excluding the stuff i already have at home. Hm..32 items sounds alot ay? hahaha i wonder how all this items are gonna fit into my luggage..! Might have to minus off the items that are considered "not so important". Basically the items that carries alot of weight are my clothings and books and shoes maybe? That is just my own guessing. Just hope that it wouldnt be over weight.

Went for shopping last weekend..not to forget the PC fair held in Palm Square. My goodness, the place was so crowded..the noise and the crowd can drive you crazy. Me and my dad just follow the crowd..looking around at the items they display, at the same time i collect leaflets. Instead of walking at a normal pace, we were squeezing through the crowd, walking inch by inch till u find something that attracts ur attention and the annoying part is when a person stands in the middle of the walk way not even letting you pass through..T_T. Ahh, i think the organiser should change their location next year, maybe Palm Square isnt a appropriate place to set up a fair considering the space and the crowd ( i meant the hall on the 5th floor). My dad couldnt stand the noise, what more with all the crowd..it feels stuffy in there. Haha..i could still bare with the noise but not the crowd for sure. Meet a few familiar faces there too who were helping out in the fair.

Bought 2 bulks of empty CDs (100CDs per bulk), a 2GB pen-drive for my dad and a box of printer ink. They gave me a free packet of glossy photo paper when i purchased the printer ink...how nice, but how can i use it when i dont have a special printer meant to print photographs. hmmp.

Dad bought a new camera too, Canon IXUS 60 which was sold for a good price compare to the actual price, what more they gave a couple of free stuffs like free 1GB memory card, SD card reader, etc.. which was worth the price. Too bad this camera belongs to my dad. Hehe, there would be Camera lesson for him ( How to use Canon IXUS 60!!)

Went hunting for cloths too, after one whole day i only manage to buy 2 blouse and a pair of boots! ..What a tiring day.
ahaha, i think i m addicted to Sudoku now.......its quite fun, keeps the brain running, its even fun when u played it with a fren on msn , u compete at the same time u coorperate! :)

Time is really moving fast, finally my bro decided to come home for holiday and he would be bringing me over instead of mom. Sigh...why air-tickets these days are so damn expensive.

Alrites will update again next time..
