Hey there!
Just got back not long ago from college. Tonight was drama night for us foundation students, as i have mentioned in my previous post this drama is one of our language and communication activity and we are being accessed by other tutors as well. Everyone had a great time and a great laugh! The whole show was hillarious. Can tell that everyone was so into it plus
tonight you could even see a different site of a person!
My group basically did a great job, tho all of us were really nervous and i just felt that everything passed by so fast..like we were so eager to get over it. The title of our drama: The Superlative Vacumm Cleaner.

The orginal script consist of 2 characters but we added another 2 that makes 4 characters! The drama is about a salesperson who tries to sell a vacumm cleaner to a housewife. We put in many crazy ideas and change
d the script. I acted as a husband..my role is pretty small and i only have a few lines to say. HAHA. My other 3 friends, Trish,Stirling and Jason..acted as the salesperson (Jason and Trish) and my wife Stirling..haha! Once again, my favourite job that is preparing the props! haha..i was incharged of that. Our drama was no ordinary, normal life story..we went abit far lol. Our Superlative vacumm cleaner is actually a human who could transform himself into a vacumm cleaner! It was hillarious, all the moves and action that my friend Jason made. HAHA. My friend Stirling who acted as my wife, has to dress up, put on lipstick, wear indoor furry boots, an apron plus a wig! A cute red wig!!! LOL!!

Our language and communication tutor brought in a big bag of goodies that contains lots of stuff that you could use like wigs, costumes, hats, joker hats, materials, sunglasses and many more!!! Stirling also has to change his voice tone into a young lady's voice..so you could imagine how funny it is a guy in a girl's voice. I myself was suppose to tune
my voice into a more manly voice but seriously i wasnt able to do it. I couldnt control myself while acting..HAHA..hearing my friends voice is enough to make me laugh! HAHA..but it was all good..both Jason and Stirling became super stars right after we finished. Most important the audience loved our performance. I acted as a lazy husband and was freak out by the "superlative vacumm cleaner".My friends Jason also brought a vacumm cleaner..a small one of course..to make i more exciting.Haha..it was good no doubt about that. The effort we put in was worth it!
Before drama we had pizzas and soft drinks and after our drama ended, we had cakes for desserts..and took lots of pictures!! I had a great time.
Best drama ever.

Other group members were really good too! So
me othe boys acted as girls..and girls acted as boys..really hillarious!

everyone getting ready!
Before ~
One of my friend's group. From left: Simon as the "fake" dentist, Emma and Renuka as the patients. After our drama: From left: Trish, Jason and Stirling!!
AHAHAA! The Superlative Vacumm Cleaner!! Staring from left Felicia as the husband, Stirling the housewife, Trish and Jason the salesperson....and not to forget...Jason too as the vacumm cleaner. Simon who tries to spoil the pic.
Do i look boy-ish? Maybe with abit of misai. HAHA..was supposed to use eyeliner to draw abit of misai but we didnt have the time to do it.

Something interesting happen to me when i got home. For the first time in mylife i locked myself OUT OF THE ROOM! DAMN IT!!!! When i got back home, i went straight to my bro's room..turn on the comp and check my email for a while. Then i decided to take my shower. After shower, i took my laundry, assignments..put my cell phone in my pocket, lipbalm and $3 coins for laundry. Lock my door from inside..and before the door locks..i suddenly realise my key wasnt in my pocket..by then it was too late, the door is completely locked!!!! ARGHHHHHH...i almost screamed!...I left my keys inside my room!!!! HELL NO!..
Thanked God that my bro's room was not locked,Thanked God that i took my huge assignments with me, my cell phone and yes last thing that i could do is to call the Landlord.
Apparently my previous landlord has sold this place to another person, so the management has changed. There are two ways to pay my rent. First a person will come every wednesday from 7pm-7.30pm to collect the rent or u can pay through the bank given the bank acc number and BSB number. Omg.....more troublesome now.
So i called my "new" landlord, just as well they drop in a notice the other day with their mobile number on it. Phew* So the landlord will come around noon....to open my door for me. LOL!! and another advantage is..i get to complain about the noise in the bathroom..its not sorted out yet! Urgh.
In someways i was unlucky that i m not able to sleep in my room tonight, but i should say that i am lucky enough that my bro's room wasnt locked or else i would be sleeping in the TV room tonite and i took my assignments with me!! THANKED GOD! Hope this doesnt happen again!

Oh another surprising thing that happened is yesterday. Me and my group members were practicing our dramas in the 2nd floor somewhere near the kitchen area..and there comes a local student whom i often see him in the library, entering the kitchen..then i heard the word "FUCK"...
i knew something wasnt right and after he left i can tell from my group members facial expression that fella has just said something unpleasant.
he said to one of my friend "what the fucking hell are you doing?" and then "you international students are freak" omg......we were shocked after hearing that and felt the anger boiling inside everyone. WE got discriminated by a local student! Everyone was soo pissed about it but after a while we cooled down and said ...will show you how freaky we are!!
my my....anyways, that fella doesnt look normal to me either..he looked like a fanatic,..i have seen him talking to himself in the library. Now who is more freaky?

Hey there!!! finally...i turned 20 on the 8th of August. Cant believe that i have my teenage years are over and now turning into the adult world. Honestly i dont feel like i m 20years old (hahahaha...forever young at heart)...! Well another year wiser thats what they say. I had a blast on my birthday. I was just thinking to have dinner with my friends, since my birthday fall on a weekday we couldnt do much as most of us have class the next day. According to one of my friend..the plan was to have a small dinner on my birthday and then probably do something during the weekends as in the "real" celebration. The day before my birthday, me and one of my friend Trish went to look at a few restaurant along Rundell St in the city centre. Looking for one reasonable restaurant, so finally i choosed "Cafe Buongiorno" and Italian Restaurant and Cafe. The restaurant is quite big and thinking that it wouldnt be full during the weekdays i decided not to book but to be on the safe side..never make assumptions just book a place for urself. Deciding where and what to eat is a big big headache. On my birthday, me and 4 of my friends headed to the restaurant first around 6.00pm. As soon as i got there..the restaurant was quite packed and just as well someone was celebrating their birthday too!!! First thing that caught my eyes was a long table with balloons..LOL!! Got distracted for one second. Luckily there was 3 empty tables next to the entrance and we were able to joined the tables for 10 seaters. LOL. Phew* Me and my friend studied the menu and decide what to order while waiting for the rest to come. Dinner was served within 20minutes and finished within 15minutes. I guess everyone was hungry! After dinner we continued with our "snapping pictures" business and suddenly out of the blue from behind my friend surprised me with a birthday cake with a sparkling candle on top!! ohhhh myyyyy...i was overwhelmed..that i couldnt even control my facial expression when i took pictures with my friends. It was awesome.Us..from Left: Gillian,Charlie, Silvia, Tony,Tommy, Me, Edward, Ken, Nick and Emily
Me and Ken
My bodyguards....hahaha....Edward and Tommy
Tony ,me and Nick..Look alike?..of course not!Emily and i
Us at Chocolate Bean
Me and my Hot Mocha Orange...

After all that, since it was still early..everyone decided to go somewhere and play with the rest of the sparkling candles. My friend bought 2 boxes of it! We went to a small park next to Adelaide Uni. Haha it was fun playing with the candles..reminds you of childhood time. Within 5minutes we finished. How nice if the candle could sparkle forever..LOL..or 15minutes would be good enough. Had a good chat with my friends from Hong Kong, specially those whom i hardly or never spoke to..LOL. A good way to improve my cantonese. We decided to go somewhere to have a drink. Went to a cafe called "Chocolate Bean" which serves lots of chocolate drink. The cafe is quite small which could accomodate a maximum of 30 people. Looking through the menu you can get, Chocolate tea, Chocolate soup, Hot Mocha, Hot chocolate, ice chocolate..and etc..all of different flavours. I had Hot Mocha Orange. LOL. Pretty good!! Besides all the surprises i had in Adelaide, i received a big surprise from my KK friends too! HAHA! Thanks to Vengli and Michael, Pan,Kel,Simon,David for the call all the way from home. and not to forget the lovely E-card made by my sista Aiming ;) --It was a blast-- so the plan on weekend for celebrating my birthday "again" is to go clubbing..and i went yesterday. This time we went to a different club called HQ, which apparently is popular and bigger than the previous club i went to. We went to the RnB section and we had to pay an entrance fee of $5 for girls and $10 for boys..weird. Apparently it was "Miami Night" last night so the music wasnt as good as the previous club i went to..listening to the same beat most of the time. Haha..and there were lots of Aussie people too! Could hardly see any asians..one or two maybe besides us. As a matter of fact i think we were the youngest group there..maybe there are same age as us but its hard to tell cuz most of the looked matured eventhough they are only 18. It was another good experience...but i had an unpleasant feeling when i was in that club, most of the ladies there look like sluts. =/ We decided to head to another place, since the music was starting to give us more disappointment. So we went to a pub, cant remember the name..which is just down the street. The pub is quite small and DARK. It was okay at first but after a while the unpleasant feeling came again. One of the local aussie girl came talking to us while dancing, asked where are we from..bla..bla..everyone seem so friendly, smiling...dancing..till one of my friend told me that everyone there (those dancing) were smoking weed!!!! oh my...no wonder..they were all high and we were the only asians again. It was quite creepy and since it was very late and everyone is exhausted we decided to head home....(3am in the morning)....never would i ever go back to that pub! Overall i had a great time with my friends. Had a good time cooking, doing facial and makeup with two of my friends Trish and Ruth who stayed overnight at my place! Haha, what an experience.

Before clubbing:
.......what more do we need? Us in our pink mask...LOL....we look so scary! my very first facial...hehe
After all that...Pretty girl Ruth~Me and Pumpkin pie Trish!~~
