Just got back from school not long ago, class was okay. I got back my maths exam paper today, sat for it on monday and received it back today. My tutor's marking speed is pretty quick!! Well probably because he only has two FSP classes that sat for the exam. Overall i did quite okay, just that i made so many careless mistakes that shouldnt be made,
(like 2/2 = 2?? what the heck was i thinking!..argh) if not because of the careless mistakes my marks wouldnt have been better. It seems many students did excellently well for maths paper so our tutor told us that they have to pull up the grades as in 93% = A .... woooooHhh..but grades are not important, its the marks that counts.
Next lesson was language and communication. Our kind and nicee tutor gave us the whole period to do our own studies for tommorow's CTL paper. For this 3rd term, instead of having oral presentations we were asked to act in a drama and we will be assesed by different tutors (which is very important for the sake of getting the points).
Today's task was to select the title of our drama, we can form our own groups of 2-5 people..so choice number one was The new James Bond movie, as we read through the details of the drama, our task was to change certain words that are being used like...Mr Pig to Mr Big and so on..sounds quite complicated so we decided to go for another one..this time we choosed to do "the superactive vacumm cleaner"..the title sounds quite interesting..but we are still unclear about the details of the it, all i had in mind is.."its gonna be a hilliarious one!" The criteria of the drama will be given to us next week..so yeah hopefully its an interesting one.
There were other interesting titles too like..Superman and the psychiatrist, The bank, The dentist, Giovini's cafe (i think something to do with romance) and etc...
Acting on the 17th of August, which means we only have a week plus to prepare!! Props and costumes according to the drama has to be included as well..haha..looking forward to this.
I cant wait till tomorrow's paper ends! would officially declare that exam is over..plus tomorrow is "students free day" for the local students and we foundation students have to sit for the last paper tomorrow. How unfair for us. Plus its Formal night tomorrow for them, we are included as well but non of us are going..because
No.1: The ticket cost AU$70 (Rm210)
No.2: We were not told untill one of the subject tutors was talking about it and we were told that almost every year only a few or even non of the foundation students would go.( So we felt like we are not being acknowledge)
No.3: We have our last exam paper in the afternoon, so it would be a rush if we do go to the formals.
No.4: would rather spend doing something that is more fun and cheap. HAHAHA.
I am currently in a dilemma now, one group of my friends plan to go and sing karaoke at K-box right after exam finishes and another group of my friends plan to go shopping straight away after exam finishes since all the shops closes at 9pm on friday. Which one should i go to?? Karaoke or shopping??...Arghhh..i hate it when two things happened at once and you only have one choice.
Maybe i will go for karaoke, since i m goin to harbour town again on saturday..shopping spree begins in condition that i get something reasonable and hopefully the sales is still on!!! HEHE.
Mmmmm.....i hope it doesnt rain tomorrow, but according to the weather forecast showers for the next few days,..Urgh..rain could u please burst into tears during the night so that it wouldnt affect my day when i m out during day time?!!?!
