Monday has always been a dreadful day, especially at the beginning of the lesson..where your mind is still somewhere else...dreamland probably. Anyways, halfway through chemistry lesson, while Glen (my chemistry tutor) was in the midst of teaching a very important topic the school fire alarm went off..and Glen said.."Noooooo!! Not this time!!"....
ok..so everyone just stood up and went out of the chemistry lab. The fire exit is just right next to the chemistry lab and in practice or real situation when the fire alarm goes off you are suppose to walk through the fire exit. Everyone just walk straight ahead towards the main entrance since all the science lab is situated at the Ground floor. We walk towards the cafe just next to my college. Beside the cafe there is a small land..where sometimes student would sit under the tree, to hav their lunch. Within minutes we heard the fire engines, super fast and very efficient...there were 2 of them this time!
Some students took this oppurtunity to get themselves a cup of coffee or hot chocolate from the cafe..haha..
It took quite a while for the fireman to check the building compare to the first time. After 25minutes we were allow to enter the building again. Heard from my tutor that one visit from the fireman cost $500+ ...wth... and nothing happened.
On tuesday it was Mid-Autumn Festival a.k.a Mookcake festival, one of my friend came up with a plan to celebrate mooncake festival during our language & communication class, since we all love dear Ms Sunita and LnC class is the best class to hav this sort of activity..ahaha. Mooncakes here cost a bomb *exaggerating*..uhh those original ones..lotus paste with one or two egg yolk inside. One box which contains 4 packs of mooncakes cost about $36+...one packet = $10+ !!!...whoooooooooaa....MAHALNYA..made in Hong Kong tho..suppose to be genuine.
Anyways, in the end i bought 2 for $10 which is abit different. The skin is made of umm rice ...with lotus paste in it. Not bad.
It was great...we Pizzas, chicken wings, crips, chocolate mud cakes, tea, homemade mooncakes and MORE mooncakes!..good breakfeast i would say..HAHA
We were suppose to have this small celebration in class but in the end we had it at the concourse area.

Received piles of booklets of past year papers, Revision guides, time table..all well arranged and organize for us. Ohhh my...time is running out. time to buckle up!

thousand appologies for the long absence..
my blog is not dead yet...hahaha...still alive and kicking?
As always, i feel that time is passing by really really fast. One more week and thats the end of term 3. Next is...two weeks break!!! yeepee!!...well not exactly. its not the time to have fun or laze around. Its the time, yes that very particular time where you hav to sit on the chair, in front of ur study table, open up your books, workbooks, reference books, notes..etc...and start revising!!!! get the point?..hehe..
52 more days to final exam..... >.<"" hell no.
Have to spent abit of time doing my AST (Australian studies) independant research assignment too...gosh....hate it. i m wondering if i choosed the right topic...at this point i shouldnt be wondering anymore...but i still have abit of doubts with my topic. T_T
Yesterday i spent time flipping through some pass few days newspapers in the library, and everyday its all about water, water restrictions, water crisis, water problems, water this and that and water......
Come to think of it..i think i should have choosed "water" as my research topic..since its the latest and most talk about issue in Aus. Sighhh...
At least out of all the newspapers i flipped through..i found ONE article that is related to my topic..haha not bad..better than nothing.
Read the story about the little chinese girl "Pumpkin" who was abandoned by her father at the Southern Cross Station in Melbourne and her mom was brutally attacked and killed and the body was found in her father's car's boot..how terrible. I pity the little girl, so young and innocent and they suspect that she might have witnessed the brutal attacked of her mom.
Also the latest news back in M'sia about a 8 year old malay girl who was sexually assaulted and the body was found in a sports bag! ...how could such a person do that to a young, innocent child, the person who did it is insane!
Witnessed a road rage just now. Haha..nothing serious, a mercedes benz driver was waiting for another car to reverse from the parking lot and this person driving a black car was behind the mercedes benz, i think he was very impatient and started honking the mercs..next he went to the other lane..and exelerated..putting out his middle finger!! The mercs driver is not wrong because he had put on his signal......indicating that he is waiting for someone to drive out of the parking lot. ppl nowadays.....T_T
