♥ Hello!!
Wuhuu! I havent been blogging for ages! hahaha...life is getting more and more hetic! Anyways cant believe end of march is coming soon and here comes April ! Plus EASTER HOLS IS AROUND THE CORNER! yeehaa!!
oh my i had lots to say but i just dont know where to begin. Since i came here my life seems to be more active, probably because my new group of friends are active , outgoing and sporty. lol. Anyways last friday i had my "clear, thinking and logic" test. This subject is somewhat like philosophy..talks about the definition of argument, statements,premises...etc. How to identify whether a statement is valid or invalid. Basically its a boring and complicated subject. I just dont understand why we need to study this subject and speaking of "logic"..nothing makes sense..HAHA. While we were having our test..the fire alarm went off! Everyone started to look around then the my tutor Chris said "ahhh...dont bother bout it , it will go off soon" ..then everyone continued answering the test. True enough the alarm stop ringing. Within few seconds the alarm went off again and this time another tutor Simon came running to our class. He said "Everyone packed your things and evacuate the building now!!" ..then he told Chris.."Chris you should asked the students to evacuate...the fire alarm went off"...lol. Everyone started to rush..some even asked Chris "what about our test??" .."we havent finished answering all the questions"...Chris answered.."Just hand in your answer sheet and go!! we will deal with this later"..he repeat this sentence for a number of times. Gosh...isnt it wise to just forget about the test for one second and save your life first?? LOL
SO all of us evacuate the building through the emergency exit..Outside the building everyone started to discuss about the test...hahaha....the fire alarm continued to ring for about 10minutes then it stopped. All of us went back in..and continued with our test. I bet someone must have smoked in the building that triggers the fire alarm. Phewww what a day.
On saturday i went swimming with my friends at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre! They have a big swimming pool, children's pool, Sauna and Spas! haha..ohh i just love the spa.
Yesterday -tuesday- i had an excursion for my australian studies subject. We are now doing a topic on the 3 levels of government in australia that is federal, local and state. Heh....by the sound of it.....B O R I N G......but the excursion was enjoyable! We went to the Australian Electoral Commission building, took us about 20minutes to get there by brisk walking from the college. ahahaha. We were given a talk on how the election system in australia works, how a representative is elected and also the procedure. interesting but complicated. You are eligible to vote once you are 18 with condition you must be an australian! and it is compulsory to vote. We were thought on how to fill the ballot papers as well..like number your choices eg:1 -5 ...thick and crosses or circles are unacceptable...lol. So at the end of the excursion we did a short activity on how voting is done during election day. Since we dont really know some "important person" in australia...we were given food category! lol...vote for pizza, salad rolls, fish and chips or hamburgers? ur choice and number it based on your choice 1-4! haha.. Fish and chips received the highest vote. It was fun and educational.
My next excursion would be this coming friday for biology! Gonna do an experiment on gene technology! One benefit of having an excursion is you learn more outside the class and at the same time have fun instead of just learning in class all day long. Our home country should impliment this in the education system..that would make learning more fun..hahahahaahahah..
Alrites gotta go now....till then...
my my..the weather is starting to get colder...grrrrrr...and i hate it when it rains!
ciou!~
